We are a fast-paced company that primarily works with Industrial companies, with some agricultural and residential properties. Most of our job sites are within an hour of Greenfield, Iowa.
We are searching for an observant and dependable apprentice electrician to perform installation and restoration work on our clients’ electrical frameworks. The apprentice electrician duties include being able to assist a journeyman electrician and follow instructions; prepare and clean work areas; carry and deliver materials; install, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipment; use measuring equipment and hand tools to perform conduit work; and follow safety codes and building regulations.
To be successful as an apprentice electrician, you should be a critical thinker with eagerness to learn all facets of electrical work. A remarkable apprentice electrician will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and good time management, be highly analytical, observant and have sound knowledge of safety protocols.
Apprentice Electrician Requirements
*Completion of a High school diploma or GED certificate
*Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
*Completion of electrician training program will be advantageous

Job Description
Wiremann Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator who can meet client objectives through the delivery of an effective cost management service.
The Electrical Estimator is responsible for providing electrical estimates and cost consulting for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
- Perform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre-qualification stage, produce bid list, bid analysis, produce bid report, and compile contractual documents.
- Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable refer major changes to Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account
- Demonstrate solid presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smart Draw, TurboBid, and/or other related computer software.
Education/Experience
- College degree in Engineering, Construction Management with a Technical Focus, Quantity Surveyor, or related technical field experience.
