Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Take training courses for OSHA & Dahl Standards
• Help install duct work/ HVAC components 
• Assist in metal maintenance work and fabrication of equipment
• Assemble and fit parts and details using hand tools
• Ability to work with a team in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of related experience working in similar industry; additional education may be substituted for years of work experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
• Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines
