Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units 
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats 
• Install HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and thermostats 
• Conduct emergency repairs and warranty services as needed 
• Communicate technical information clearly to homeowners and provide recommendations for system upgrades or energy-saving improvements 
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used

Required Qualifications

• EPA Refrigeration Certification (Type II or Universal) --not required but huge plus 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to work independently and run service calls 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow in the trade
