Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats
• Install HVAC components 
• Conduct emergency repairs and warranty services when needed
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and materials used 
• Communicate technical information clearly to homeowners 

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• A Journeyman license is preferred 
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently performing service calls
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn and grow in the trade
